Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for children, teens, and adults with ADHD—whether diagnosed recently or years ago. ADHD often affects more than just focus or organization; it can impact emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, and daily life in ways that feel exhausting and misunderstood. As someone with both lived and clinical experience with ADHD, I work with clients to better understand how their brain works and develop tools that are actually effective and sustainable.

Many of my clients also come to therapy to address anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, or relationship challenges—which often show up alongside or independently from ADHD. My approach is always tailored to you: collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based practices.

Whether you're feeling scattered, stuck, or simply overwhelmed, therapy can help you build insight, improve executive functioning, manage stress, and reconnect with what matters most. Together, we'll work toward goals that feel realistic and meaningful—for the life you have, and the one you want to build.
